IN-HOUSE U6 / U7
INTRO
Introductory division
Ball: Size 3
Format: 5v5
Referees: None
Focus & Rules
- Introduction to dribbling and throw-ins
- Emphasis on fun, movement, and basic skills
- No offsides
- Incorrect throw-ins are retaken
IN-HOUSE U8 / U9
DEVELOP
Developmental division
Ball: Size 4
Format: 5v5 (GK)
Referees: 1 non-certified
Core Skill Development
- Dribbling
- Throw-ins
- Scoring
- Goal kicks
- Passing and receiving with both feet
Game Guidelines
- Build-out line in effect
- One coach may be on the field for instruction
- Substitutions at midfield with referee approval
- No slide tackling
- No heading
- Incorrect throw-ins are retaken
- No offsides
IN-HOUSE U10
ADVANCED
Advanced in-house division
Ball: Size 4
Format: 7v7 (GK)
Referees: 3 officials (1 certified)
Core Skill Development
- Dribbling
- Passing, receiving, and scoring with both feet
- Lofted balls and receiving in the air
- 1st and 2nd defender concepts
- Introduction to offsides
- Throw-ins, goal kicks, corner kicks
- Penalty and direct kicks
Game Guidelines
- Build-out line in effect
- Coaches remain on the sideline
- Substitutions at midfield with referee approval
- No slide tackling
- No heading
- Incorrect throw-ins are retaken
- Offsides enforced (called generously)

No heading and no slide tackling apply across in-house divisions.
