Registration for Spring 2012 is open
Online registration for Spring 2012 soccer is now available. Travel soccer is registering exclusively through online registration. This system is new to everyone, and we are available to assist you as needed. If you experience any problems, please call Tina Reed at 724-301-2120 or Les Smith at 412-225-9929.

Please follow the directions for registering your child. If your child played soccer during either Spring 2011 or Fall 2011, your child may be in the Affinity system. If you didn't receive a username/password in the past, proceed to "Create account". The system will tell you if they have a match, and will ask you to verify your child's birth date. It will then link you to your account.
You may now pay by credit card or e-check directly. There is a convenience fee for each of these options. If you would prefer to pay by cash or check (with no convenience fee), you may mail your payment to Tina Reed at 22 Westminster Place, Grove City, PA 16127. If you send payment through the mail, you will need to follow up via email to ensure that your payment was received, and your player application activated. All payments must be received by February 20th.
You may upload all of your child's documents directly into the Affinity registration system. You will need a photo of your child (headshot) and your child's birth certificate on your computer (scanned as a jpeg document).
If your child played soccer during either Spring 2011 or Fall 2011, you are in the system, and will not need to upload your child's birth certificate.
If you are unable to upload the documents to your computer, email Tina Reed at tinareed@zoominternet.net to schedule a time to do so.
Note: Late registration is available. However, anyone registering after February 20th, will not be guaranteed a roster spot. Players will be put on a waiting list and will only get roster positions if available.
No registrations will be accepted after February 29th, 2012.
Travel Team Tryouts
Travel teams roster between 16 and 22 players. There are usually two teams per age group for each the boys and girls divisions. If the number of registrants is higher than the number of available spots on a roster, tryouts will be necessary. If this is required, the tryouts will be announced soon.
Note: Late registrants will be ineligible for tryouts. Late registrants are added to rosters on first come first served basis only if space is already available for all registrants in that age group.
NOTE: GCYSA is here to promote soccer for area children. Though registration fees are necessary for the administration of the organization, GCYSA does not wish finances to be an obstacle to a child playing soccer. Please contact our Registrars (Les Smith or Tina Reed) to discuss your options. All conversations will be kept private and confidential.
