All Buyouts must be paid at the time of registration. There are two options that you can choose from regarding the buyout/fundraiser. If you want to participate in the fundraiser, your buyout check will be returned to you when you return the fundraiser form. This will need to be a separate check given at the time of registration. If you choose to not participate in the fundraiser, the mandatory buyout can be added to the total registration fee, on one check.
Pizza Pub Fundraiser
Below is the order form for Pizza Pub in Clarion. GCYSA will receive $2.00 for each pizza sold. Unless you participated in the $20 buyout, each family is asked to sell at least 10 pizzas. This fundraiser will help raise necessary money for the GCYSA. The 12” pizzas are made fresh the day of pickup and will not be frozen. The pizzas can be frozen after you receive them. You can order either cheese or pepperoni. If there are 250 pizzas sold, the Pizza Pub in Clarion will deliver them to us. All orders and money are due on Sunday October 7th, with delivery on Saturday October 20th. Location and time for pickup will be announced at a later date. The Grove City Youth Soccer Association is a volunteer run organization comprised of the Board Members and Coordinators. However, it cannot run smoothly or effectively without the help from the parents. Parental Participation is essential and required! There are many positions to choose from and you may do so on the registration form. Each family must participate in order to help make the season run smoothly.
