To have your child or children registered, all forms must be turned in and completed. They must be postmarked to the In-House coordinator by August 1st, if not handed in at the in-person registration dates of July 9th and July 21st.
There are new fundraising rules voted on by the GCYSA Board in November 2017. All Buyouts must be paid at the time of registration. There are two options that you can choose from regarding the buyout/fundraiser. If you want to participate in the fundraiser, your buyout check will be returned to you when you return the fundraiser form. This will need to be a separate check given at the time of registration. IF you choose to not participate in the fundraiser, the mandatory buyout can be added to the total registration fee, on one check.
The Grove City Youth Soccer Association is a volunteer run organization comprised of the Board Members and Coordinators. However, it cannot run smoothly or effectively without the help from the parents. Parental Participation is essential and required! There are many positions to choose from and you may do so on the registration form. Each family must participate in order to help make the season run smoothly.
